We are working on a project to build a research roadmap in nanophotonics. This topic appears in the 5th call for photonics. The call language emphasises international cooperation, and suggests that Russian participation is desirable. The principal photonics group that we know about is the laboratory of Prof. Alferov at the Ioffe Institute in St. Petersburg. None the less, we are looking for a partner who could speak with an international vision and who is a team player that will be able to contribute to the success of the proposal and the project. It is a support action. The budget is likely to be 500K euros total. I would appreciate your help. If it is not possible to identify a strong candidate in Russia for this action, then we will look for candidates in other countries. Can you help us to make contact with possibly interested parties?
